SHIPPING

·      The estimated date of delivery of your order depends on item availability, processing time, and transit time.  We will do our best to process and ship every order within 3 days.  Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office, such as New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.  Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

·       Alaska and Hawaii have longer delivery lead times.

·      Sometimes the availability of the items in your order may change while we are processing your order.  In this event, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay, and the remaining eligible items in your order will be shipped as scheduled. 

·      All orders (excluding case orders) will be shipped via US Mail according to weight.  Case orders can be shipped US Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS) according to weight.

·      Free shipping is offered with purchases of $49 or more (merchandise subtotal is calculated before sales tax).  This offer does not apply to international, Puerto Rico or case orders.

RETURNS

·      If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 14 days.

·     Buyer returning merchandise must contact us at info@garlicpeelerpro.com prior to making returns.  Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order.  All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.   

Customers must pay for return shipping.
