Garlic Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lbs. ground chuck or sirloin

  • 1 large yellow onion, chopped

  • 8 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • ¼ tsp. hot sauce

  • ¼ tsp. each salt & pepper

  • ¼ tsp. dried thyme

  • 1 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs

DIRECTIONS:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

Mix well by hand and shape into a rectangle 9x11 baking pan.

Bake for 1 to 1 ½ hours at 350 degrees.

Remove when internal temperature is 160 F (71 C) degrees.

Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
